Sep. 23--When Scott Harris starts talking about his career goals, there is one thing he mentions often -- moving on up.
In that manner, the 34-year-old father of two is no different from many other workers.
What makes Harris' task a bit unusual is that for him to advance, he has to literally learn how to climb.
Harris, a meter reader for a local electric company, is one of about 45 students enrolled in Oklahoma State University -- Oklahoma City's power transmission and distribution technology program.
