Sep. 25--Peaberry's and Suzy Le Nails, Spa and Tanning have opened in the new Three Rivers Plaza retail-office-condominium development. Peaberry's at 40 Copeland Ave. opened Thursday with coffee and baked goods, General Manager David Sanborn said. "Over the weekend we'll work into our lunch items and our evening appetizers items." Some lunch items include "grab and go" sandwiches, salads and hot soups, personal-size pizzas and crepes. Some evening appetizers include crepes, pizzas, items with dipping sauces and antipasto salads. "Peaberry's is a coffeehouse, but we have a lot more than that," Sanborn said, such as 30 varieties of tea as well ...
