NEW YORK -- Chain drug retailers seeking to diversify their ethnic hair care mixes can look to new items from three suppliers.
Xenna Corp., SoftSheenCarson and Pro-Line International have launched products that promise healthy, attractive hair without damage from harsh treatments or chemicals.
Today's multicultural woman wants a product that can be applied to dyed or previously relaxed hair without causing breakage, says Xenna chief executive officer Carol Buck.
