Agreement Amounts to $12 Million Swing in Executive's Favor
DALLAS, Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Former Pizza Inn President and Chief Executive Officer Ronnie Parker will receive $2.8 million as part of a settlement agreement reached with the restaurant chain.
The agreement effectively amounts to a $12 million swing in Mr. Parker's favor since Pizza Inn previously had filed a $9.4 million lawsuit against him.
"A $12 million swing is all you need to know about Ronnie Parker, his outstanding work and the lack of merits of the company's complaint against him," says Mr. Parker's attorney, Rogge Dunn of Clouse Dunn Khoshbin in Dallas.
