MUNICH, Germany, Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLogis , a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, announced today that it has pre-leased 199,000 square feet (18,500 square meters) at a new distribution center it is building in Munich to Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, a global provider of logistics services.
The facility will be developed at ProLogis Park Munchen Neufahrn, a 42-acre industrial park located along southern Germany's A92 motorway immediately adjacent to the Munich airport.
