Sep. 26--Central Ohioans have a huge appetite for Chinese food. A survey of Columbus-area residents by Scarborough Research found that Chinese restaurants are our favorites for ethnic dining, drawing nearly 44 percent of us during the survey month. Mexican was next at 21.4 percent, followed by Italian at 17.3 percent. "I think people here like Chinese restaurants because of the big variety," said Mitch Yu, an owner of the Windchimes Chinese Restaurant on Frantz Road in Dublin and Yu's Fusion Bistro on Rt. 23 in Lewis Center.
