With an abundant supply of fresh seafood around King Cove, this recipe is a favorite of Lillian Sager's husband, Bill, who fishes the salmon gillnetter Mr. Bill. If salmon isn't available, "you can use miscellaneous seafood says. "Whatever you have lying around."
