Studley has negotiated a lease transaction that will allow hedge fund manager Mason Capital Management to more than double in size at its current headquarters in Midtown's upscale Plaza submarket on East 59th Street just off Park Avenue.
Mason signed a 10-year 12,432 s/f lease for the entire 30th floor of 110 East 59th Street, a 37-story, 577,081 s/f property.
Senior managing director Greg B. Taubin represented Mason in the transaction, while Scott and Peter Resnick acted in-house on behalf of the landlord, Jack Resnick and Sons.
In 2005, Taubin represented Mason in a seven-year lease for the firm's satellite office in Stamford, Connecticut.
