Sep. 27--Known for long lines and a menu as thick as a book, The Cheesecake Factory confirmed Tuesday it will open at The Galleria at Tyler in Riverside.
The news solidifies an expanding dining lineup at the Galleria and adds another option for Inland consumers who say they are hungry for brand -- name choices.
It is also satisfying for the mall, which competes for shopper attention with growing regional draws like Victoria Gardens, Canyon Crossings and Dos Lagos.
