Sep. 27--PROVO -- A new prescription program will give Utah County residents a partial remedy for escalating drug prices.
Utah County is the latest county in the state to offer the National Association of Counties' prescription drug card, which saves users an average of 20 percent on medications not covered by insurance.
The new cards are free to every Utah County resident, regardless of age, health or financial status.
