 Health plan introduces "Drugs Don't Work in Washington" 
 with rate discount 
SEATTLE, May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- King County Medical (KCM) announced today a workplace drug abuse awareness program, including the nation's first health coverage discount for drug-free businesses. 
"Workplace drug abuse is a major concern in Washington state," said Winlock Pickering, KCM president.  "We're working with the public sector and government agencies to raise awareness of the issue and to encourage businesses to become drug-free."
