Local property developer Emaar Properties has invited contractors to bid for three new residential tower contracts within the estimated $20,000 million Burj Dubai scheme. The projects are due to be completed by 2008/9.
Bids are due by 14 September for the contract to build two towers reaching 30-35 storeys on plots 29 and 30. The project will have a built-up area of about 92,000 square metres. The consultant is the US' Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates.
