A story Sunday about Empire Zone benefits for the Pyramid Cos. contained an error about an Onondaga County Legislature vote in 2002. The story incorrectly said the Legislature voted 17-1 to add Pyramid's proposed Destiny USA development to the zone. That Feb. 4 vote actually approved a payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement. The Legislature voted 12-7 on Jan. 2 to put Destiny in the zone. Opposed were Bernard Kraft, William Meyer, Jim DiBlasi, Mark Stanczyk, Terry Pickard, William Kinne and Lovie Winslow.
