A SEDGLEY hairdresser who alleged her boss attempted to kiss and touch her and made sexy remarks has lost a compensation claim for sexual harassment.
But mother of one Miss Julie MacNeall of Danfield Drive, was awarded pounds 4,881 by Birmingham Employment Tribunal for unfair dismissal.
Miss MacNeall, who was employed at the unisex salon of Checkers hairdressers at Hall Street, Dudley, alleged she was sexually harassed by Mr Michael Colucci who cuts men's hair and ran the salon.
She alleged he attempted to kiss and touch her and make sexual remarks which upset her.
