IRVINE, Calif., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity National Financial 

Inc. (NYSE: FNF), one of the nation's leading title insurance underwriters, announced today that Fidelity has reiterated its $15 per share all cash or part cash-part stock merger proposal to US Facilities Corp. (NASDAQ: USRE). To date, US Facilities has refused to meet with or provide due diligence information to Fidelity or to take any public position of Fidelity's proposal. Fidelity originally submitted its merger proposal to US Facilities on April 25, 1994.
