HAMPTON, N.H., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Fisher Scientific International Inc. (NYSE: FSH) has renamed its recently acquired Janssen Chimica B.V. subsidiary, based in Geel, Belgium. Its new name is Acros Chimica N.V.
Formerly a unit of Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Pharmaceutica N.V. (Belgium), Acros Chimica supplies more than 10,000 packaged and bulk chemicals and other chemical products to research scientists in Europe, Asia and the United States.
