It was a "Strat," dude. A '56 Strat, at that.
What many Register-Guard employees wanted to know a few weeks ago was this: What was sportswriter Rob Moseley doing walking around the building with that old guitar case?
Showing it off, dude.
Why?
Because what's inside is worth `30 bills, dude."
Moseley, perhaps best known - at least when he's not covering Duck football - for ending sentences with "dude" (hey, he grew up in California), had something in the back of his closet for the past six years that was worth more than the car most of us drive.
