Oct. 4--Miranda Montes, Danielle Oliva and Lindsey Sewalt served up a TAPPS District 3-5A victory Tuesday for the St. Joseph Lady Flyers.
Montes served up 15 points and five aces, while Sewalt added 15 points with four aces with Oliva adding 11 points and seven aces as the Lady Flyers rolled past Corpus Christi Incarnate Word 25-5, 25-10, 24-26, 25-19.
The Lady Flyers (15-11, 4-0) also received seven points and two aces from Jordan Traber, who paced the front-row attack with 11 kills and five blocks. Lacey Welfel added nine kills, while Kathleen Cullen had five kills and ...
