This Australian Institute of Criminology paper reviewed current treatment and relocation programs for adolescent intra-familial sex offenders throughout Australia. A review of state child welfare department child abuse policies and a telephone survey of key stakeholders in the child welfare field identified a lack of placement protocols for offender relocation, although removal of the offender from the family home was considered the 'preferable alternative'.
