Mike Hoke has worked in production and repair of composite aircraft since the 1960's, and became president of Reno, Nevada-based Abaris Training Resources, Inc. in 1990 after a close partnership with William L. Murphy, who founded the company in 1983. Since inception, Abaris has trained some 11,000 technicians, depot managers, and engineers from commercial and military OEMs and operators.
