Oct. 5--The new owner of the former Cloister Restaurant site on Delaware Avenue in Allentown is going to "Plan B" to secure a tenant for the building. Anthony Trusso, who purchased the long-idle building at 468 Delaware Ave. in early August, said initial plans to locate a day care center in the well-known restaurant building have unraveled. Country Park Child Care of Clarence had announced plans to lease the city location and invest about $300,000 to retrofit the building to accommodate as many as 100 children.
