Oct. 6--EAST HAMPTON -- Ten administrators from special education schools in Holland visited local elementary and middle schools Thursday to learn about the town's practice of including special needs students in mainstream, or non-special-education, classrooms. "In the last few years, they have been taking a look at the inclusionary measures with their special needs students," said Superintendent Bill Troy, who arranged the visit with Rob Franke, a professor of education in Holland and an international consultant on inclusionary education.
