OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Carter Promotions has agreed to merge with the Target Marketing Group. Founded in 1975, Carter Promotions has been an established promotional products company in the Atlanta market. Target Marketing Group marked its 20th anniversary this summer and it has grown into one of the country's largest distributors of promotional products.
