Oct. 8--LEWISTON -- Since it started the program six years ago, Niagara University has been offering its students and the community a lineup of professional, low-cost concerts several Friday nights a year, complete with chicken wings and pizza. The food is part of the $5 admission cost. Niagara's "Live Music Series" is at it again this school year. Fred Heuer, Niagara's assistant vice president for marketing, said the school already has held two concerts featuring professional bands in September at the "Under the Taps Club" below the main gym in the John J. Taps Gallagher Center. It also has so far scheduled seven more concerts ...
