CEDAR CREEK, Va._The Shenandoah Valley in Virginia attracts a wide range of visitors each autumn.
Many people travel to the valley to soak up the rich and colorful fall foliage.
Others head out on apple-picking excursions at one of the valley's many groves.
And some make a final camping foray into the Blue Ridge Mountains before the weather turns frosty.
