Oct. 8--Marilyn Monroe might have believed diamonds are a girl's best friend, but this blond bombshell prefers another pal. A plug-in foot massager. You see, after standing for seven hours in 4-inch heels outside the Marilyn Monroe tribute exhibit at the State Fair of Texas, even glamorous gams need a break. "When you're Marilyn, you can't wear tennis shoes," said Jami Edwards, who'll be impersonating Marilyn at the tribute exhibit in the Women's Building throughout the fair. "Marilyn was one of the first actresses in Hollywood to wear a 4-inch heel. Everyone else was wearing only 2 inches or so then."
