The investment committee of the $1.6 billion Educational Employees' Supplementary Retirement System of Fairfax County heard presentations from three international value equity managers.
Alliance Bernstein, Acadian Asset Management, Pzena Investment Management and the incumbent Franklin Templeton are finalists to oversee a $120 million mandate for the fund. The search was first approved in May, said Alan Belstock, the executive director at the plan.
The investment committee minutes from the May 16 meeting, explained that Franklin Templeton had been managing an international value equity account.
