Three states will be recognized by IT Solutions Management for Human Services for Excellence in Human Services Information Technology at the APHSA affiliate's 39th annual conference, which will be held in Minneapolis, on Sept. 10-13. The recognition awards will be presented for the second year. The winners in the three categories are:
* Innovation in Service Delivery -- The Missouri Department of Social Services for its Family and Children Electronic System project, which implemented an automated solution to record, store and disseminate child abuse and neglect calls.
