TARGET IS THE SECOND MOST-shopped retailer in the U.S., trailing only Wal-Mart, although it hasn't figured out how to market food in a way that draws shoppers in frequently.
That's the assessment of ShopperScape research conducted by Retail Forward, a Columbus, Ohio-based consulting and market research firm.
