Yes, we're always looking to control costs. In 1994 we'll be implementing a quality improvement program to analyze our processes to see where we can increase efficiency.
Last week, we opened two branch offices in grocery stores, so we have traditional operating expenses from that.
We're looking at the personnel area. Because of opening the two new offices some of our branches aren't as busy as they once were. We're trying to reallocate employees to make sure the branches are staffed appropriately. We'll be looking at transferring people and looking at openings that ...
