DAWN Farm Foods, the Kildare-based cooked meat ingredient company, said yesterday it has acquired TMI Foods in the UK for an undisclosed sum, writes Pat Boyle
Based in Northampton, TMI is a market leader in the UK for sales of microwave cooked bacon, 'pigs in blankets' and grilled vegetables selling into the food manufacturing, foodservice and retail sectors. Last year it had a turnover of over PS15m (EU21m).
