Oct. 9--A Los Angeles firm and a Corona medical products maker completed an acquisition agreement Oct. 5 that will fold the manufacturer into another Corona company.
Anodyne Medical Device Inc. in Los Angeles acquired Anatomic Concepts Inc. in Corona from Anatomic's parent, Anatomic Global Inc. The latter firm is a national distribution and fulfillment company that supplies retail stores, specialty bedding stores and Internet sales operations with mattress pads, pillows and bedding.
