Waves Audio opens semiconductor office in Shenzhen
Shanghai. October 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - Waves Audio Ltd, a US provider of audio signal processing technologies, announced that it has opened a new semiconductor sales and technical office in Shenzhen to deliver more support for its rapidly growing semiconductor business in China.
While many technology firms are struggling with intellectual property protection in China, Waves has embedded its patented technologies to its ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), which is increasingly being adopted by Chinese OEMs for both domestic and export markets.
