WASHINGTON, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Council of Institutional Investors applauds the Securities and Exchange Commission for letting the Second Circuit Court's ruling in AFSCME v. AIG stand, allowing resolutions on proxy access to be presented to shareowners. This is great news for investors.
