Oct. 12--MARYVILLE -- Ruby Tuesday Inc. sees most of its customers during lunch, but Wednesday the Maryville-based restaurant chain announced it will launch a new steak campaign to attract more customers to dinner.
The company revealed the new dinner plans following its annual shareholders meeting and released first-quarter results after the market closed.
Earnings for the first quarter of fiscal 2007 were $21.6 million, or 37 cents per share, which is a slight increase from the same period the previous year, when the company had net income of $21.6 million, or 34 cents per share.
