Classic Security, a division of Alliance Building Services, recently received a contract to provide exclusive security services at 80 Fifth Ave., also known as One Greenwich Village.
The 18-story, 133,000 s/f building features new elevators and around-the-clock security.
The building boasts a tenant roster that includes New School University, Enterprise Foundation and Manhattan Penthouse Catering. Retail tenants include Cohen's Fashion Optical and Jean-Pierre Hair Salons.
