Oct. 13--First-year coach Glen Miller will roll the balls out tonight as he gathers the Penn basketball team for its first preseason practice.
Miller, who replaced Fran Dunphy after spending seven years guiding the program at Brown, is taking over a new team for the third time. He inherited a Penn team that enters this season as the two-time defending Ivy League champion.
