Oct. 12--FREDERICK -- The owner of a roller coaster that county officials contend is being built illegally near New Market said late Tuesday he is following the rules.
Adventure Park USA owner Larry Stottlemyer's comments -- his first public statement since news broke that the county considered construction of the 44-foot-high amusement ride illegal -- were sent in a press release late Tuesday night through an advertising and public relations firm.
