We have obtained some additional details regarding the new NASA Aerospace Technology Program. The program may provide opportunities for several material organizations.
In NASA's FY1994 budget, a series of programs has been created, known as the New Technology Investment Package. One of these, the Aerospace Industry Technology Program (AITP), will entail the creation of a family of technology R&D projects that will be led by industry and implemented predominately through consortia.
