SBI plans attract South Asian immigrants in Canada
Toronto, Oct 13 (PTI) As part of its strategy to boost business in Canada, the State Bank of India has formulated a plan to attract South Asian immigrants, a largely untapped market of new clients worth an estimated USD three billion a year in the country.
"We want to help South Asian new comers to Canada in banking, real estate and business before even they set foot in Canada," Shailesh Verma, President and Chief Executive Officer of the SBI (Canada) said yesterday.
