Proxima Corp. designs, manufactures and markets liquid-crystal display (LCD) projection products -- compact, lightweight devices that attach to a computer's video port and project the same image displayed on the monitor onto a wall or large screen. Proxima completed its initial public offering in February 1993. The offering of 1.2 million shares of common stock resulted in net proceeds of $13.6 million. These funds will be used primarily for working capital, facilities expansion, and other general corporate purposes.
