DALLAS -- Hair accessories designer Eve Reid here has taken a shine to sterling.
Her new 36-piece collection includes sterling hair cuffs, barrettes and hair charms. The line wholesales from $9 for a pony wrap that dangles charms to $37.50 for a hair cuff.
Reid projected the collection to do $250,000 this year. Company volume, excluding the sterling group, is planned at $1 million, up 20 percent. Besides hair accessories, Reid also designs a small collection of separates, including vests, skirts, scarves and pants.
