MOSELEY missed out by a single score yet again as they went down to New-bury at Billesley Common to record their fifth loss in a row.
As against Pertemps Bees, Moseley built up a half-time lead, 14-6, and extended it with an Ollie Thomas penalty. Then in a Groundhog Day spell of 15 minutes they leaked enough points to give the match away.
On the plus side, Moseley have picked up four losing bonus points in their last four matches, which could well be crucial at the business end of the season next April.
