Oct. 17--A Colorado Springs lawsuit over whether Pueblo County land-use regulations apply to the Southern Delivery System, a proposed water supply project, will be heard in Pueblo District Court. The Colorado Supreme Court on Monday upheld Pueblo Chief District Judge Dennis Maes' May 12 decision to keep the case in Pueblo District Court. Maes' decision came after El Paso County District Court Judge Edward Colt granted a motion by Pueblo County in March to move the case.
