The franchised fast-casual concept, SALAD CREATIONS, where customers are encouraged to create their own meals with the assistance of service-focused salad chefs, opened its second Boca Raton, FL location, and plans call for 25 more Salad Creations restaurants nationwide in 2006. Currently, there are six units operating in Florida, Ohio and Arlington, VA.
At Salad Creations, patrons selecting "Create Your Own Salad" choose a lettuce base from either an iceberg, romaine or spring mix.
