The August 30 FDA Enforcement Report includes the following product recalls:
Harry and David Wild N Spicy Hot Chili Pepper Tortilla Chips in 14-oz. bag, was recalled by Harry & David, Medford, OR and was manufactured by Bien Padre Foods, Inc., Eureka, CA. The product was distributed nationwide and the firm initiated recall is complete. Reason for Recall: "Seasoning mix used in manufacturing the product contained whey, which was not declared on the label of the chips."
Tina's Brand three Pak Mini Muffin Banana 3.5-oz. is being recalled by Tina's, Inc., Anaheim, CA, and was distributed nation wide. The firm initiated recall is ongoing. Reason for Recall: ...
