Internet company Yahoo! Inc (Nasdaq:YHOO) and Right Media Inc, the creator of the Right Media Exchange, announced on Tuesday (17 October) that Yahoo! has made a strategic investment to acquire a 20% stake in Right Media.

In addition Yahoo! will join the Right Media Exchange to offer advertisers the ability to bid on Yahoo!'s non-premium inventory through an open and transparent marketplace.
