BOSTON and HARTFORD, Conn., Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ISO New England Inc., the not-for-profit organization responsible for the day-to-day operation of New England's bulk power system and wholesale electricity markets, is unveiling its new consumer quiz, Test Your Energy IQ, as part of its Take Charge New England (SM) campaign.
