Oct. 19--Tamela Braylock is tired of the drug dealing in the Harold Ickes public housing complex, so she was glad to see police descend Wednesday morning on her lifelong home with more than 30 arrest warrants in a large-scale bust. But her feelings turned mixed when she recognized a teenager in black pants and a red checkered shirt being led out with his hands behind his back.
