KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 19 Asia Pulse - Fountain View Development Berhad (KLSE:6335) on Tuesday said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fountain View Land Sdn Bhd, has signed an agreement to sell four pieces of land in Sabai in Bentong district in the central Malaysian state of Pahang for RM56.85 million (US$15.5 million) cash.
The Sabai land together with all the other assets, including plant and machineries will be sold to Jeng Huat (Bahau) Realty Sdn Bhd on a willing buyer-willing seller basis, Fountain View said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
